• This is a medium sized, beautifully aged, hand hammered singing bowl.  Truly a one-of-a-kind bowl with a golden tone and finish.

Tibetan singing bowls are said to promote relaxation, harmony, and offer many healing properties including chakra balancing.  A great partner in meditation, yoga, and other chakra clearing exercises, antique singing bowls are known for their high quality sound and unique physical characteristics.

Bowl rings at a G note when struck with a woolen mallet.  This note resonates with the Throat Chakra.  It influences communication, dreaming, artistic expression, good judgment, self-belief, wisdom, and truthfulness.  When the Throat Chakra is balanced, it allows for free communication, helping us to feel centered and happy.

Bowl measures approximately 6.75 inches in diameter and is about 3.25 inches deep.  Comes with a traditional wooden striker.
