Thai amulet necklace hand strung with exquisite blue and gold Agate beads, antique brass spacers, and handmade Thai Buddha beads.  Each bead is one-of-a-kind.  Metaphysically, Agate has a lower intensity and vibrates to a slower frequency than other stones, but is highly regarded as a stabilizing and strengthening influence.  It is excellent for balancing emotional, physical and intellectual energy, and in harmonizing yin and yang, the positive and negative forces of the universe.

The Thai Buddha beads are made of the same ceramic that monks use to make Thai amulets.  Each bead is molded by hand with a simple Buddha image and are then colored and blessed.  During the blessing ceremony, 24 karat gold leaf is added to the beads.  The amulet is also handmade by monks using pressed clay incased in metal.

Necklaces measures approximately 30 inches around.  Thai amulet is about 2 1/4 inches tall and 1 1/2 inches wide.
