Bowl rings at a A# note at 230 Hz when struck with a woolen mallet. This note resonates with the Third Eye Chakra. When this chakra is balanced, we are able to better connect to our intuition and imagination, visualize, concentrate, have insight, enlightenment and a finely tuned awareness.
